Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) is Kenya’s premier International Arbitration Centre located in the capital city, Nairobi. The Centre was established in 2013 by the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration Act, no. 26 of 2013 and has gained reputation as a neutral venue for the conduct of International Arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.
The 2nd NCIA international arbitration conference is scheduled to be held on 4th -6th March 2020 at Pride Inn Paradise Hotel - Mombasa, Kenya. The conference dubbed “Tracking Africa’s Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms: it is business unusual” provides a networking platform with exciting topics to track the progress made in arbitration and use of ADR mechanisms on the continent of Africa.
