This application was developed by the Kevoting company in order to create conditions for citizens who cannot vote at the request of the Central Commission on Elections and Referendum of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter - CEC) to exercise their electoral rights.
The CEC application is designed for electronic voting, which provides voters of Kyrgyzstan with a convenient and secure way to participate in elections using a mobile application. The main functions of the application include the use of the camera to scan an identity card (ID) and undergo biometric identification using facial recognition technology in accordance with the laws of Kyrgyzstan.
