eConsul

The e-Consul is the official mobile app of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, designed to provide state consular services electronically.

The app was developed for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign nationals to simplify interactions with consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic, improve service availability, and reduce processing times.

With the e-Consul app, users can:
- receive up-to-date official information on consular services;
- submit applications and inquiries electronically;
- track the status of submitted applications;
- receive notifications about the progress of document processing;
- find information about foreign offices of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- use additional mobile app services in accordance with the granted access rights.

The e-Consul app is part of the digital ecosystem of state services of the Kyrgyz Republic and is aimed at improving the quality, transparency, and convenience of consular services.
