Silsilatul Haramain is a collection of wiridan and tawasul written by K.H. Abdul Hannan,
one of the Sufis and saints of Allah who is buried in the Babakan Ciwaringin Islamic Boarding School cemetery complex, Cirebon.
According to several sources, the Wiridan Book was written by Kiai Hannan when he made a pilgrimage to the Holy Land of Mecca.
Kiai Hannan is a scholar who lived in the 19th century. In that century, several Indonesian intellectuals became prominent scholars there,
such as Sheikh Mahfuz Termas, Sheikh Nawawi Banten, and so on.
Silsilatul Haramain means 'the chain of the two Holy Lands, Mecca and Medina'.
Because it was written in the Holy Land, maybe that's why Kiai Abdul Hannan named this book.
