You can diagnose the status of the stereo camera "KomEye" by communicating with the Komatsu ICT hydraulic excavator (*1) equipped with the stereo camera "KomEye" through this application.
The calibration process can be performed as needed, and you can shoot in a normal state.

① Know the status of the stereo camera "KomEye" (need to calibrate)!
By executing the diagnostic process using this application, you can check the status of the stereo camera "KomEye" and check the necessity of calibration.
② You can calibrate the stereo camera "KomEye"!
By executing the calibration process, the stereo camera "KomEye" can be returned to the normal state.
③ Know when the stereo camera diagnosis/calibration work was performed!
The diagnostic/calibration history is displayed as a list of stereo camera diagnostic/calibration results, so you can check when the diagnostic/calibration was performed.
[How to use]
① Start this application.
② Connect the machine and the tablet device that started the application to the wireless LAN (*2).
③ Start diagnostic processing.
④ Set the reference point information.
⑤ Follow the instructions on the screen and adjust the direction/tilt of the vehicle, the distance to the target, and the boom angle.
⑥ Set the fuel adjustment dial to the MIN position.
⑦Turn the target so that it comes between the two dotted lines and press the shooting button to shoot (total 3 times).
⑧ Check the diagnostic processing result.
⑨ If the result of diagnosis shows that calibration is not necessary, the procedure ends. If the diagnostic results indicate that calibration is required, the calibration process begins.
⑩ Confirm the calibration processing result.
【 important point 】
• Be sure to visually confirm the surroundings with your own eyes before operating.
• The stereo camera image is displayed, but there is a slight interval before the display is updated. It follows the movement of the machine body, but is updated later than the actual movement.
• Make sure that no one is around you and that there are no obstacles, then ring the horn before starting.
• Make sure to check the safety of the surrounding area.
• Do not wear your tablet in a location that may affect your safety or driving.
• Operate the tablet with the work equipment lock lever locked.
• Never operate the machine while looking at the tablet.
• Make sure the tablet is securely fixed before proceeding. If the tablet falls off, it may lead to an unexpected accident.
• Clean the glass in front of the camera before shooting. (The target cannot be detected normally)
• Avoid shooting in bad weather such as rain, fog, snow, dust, or at night.
• Perform diagnostics and calibration with the machine parked on a flat surface. (It may not be possible to properly diagnose and calibrate in a place with a large inclination)
• Calibrate outdoors in an open space. (In the case of being caught in a building or cliff, or in the vicinity of a high-voltage power line, it is difficult to receive the radio waves of the GNSS antenna, which may prevent normal diagnosis/calibration.)

*2 Since the wireless LAN connection with the machine itself is a completely closed network connection, a tablet terminal communication contract is not required.
In order to perform wireless LAN communication between the machine and this application, log in to the "Access Point Management System" from this application using your own Smart Construction Cloud account information, then set the Komatsu ICT hydraulic excavator you want to connect to. After acquiring the file, you will have to perform wireless LAN communication with the relevant Komatsu ICT hydraulic excavator.
