Smart DUR (drug unitization review) program-Establishment of drug allergy prevention system using smartphone
This application is aimed at patients who have experienced drug allergy or congestion drug side effects by Kang Min-gyu of Chungbuk National University Hospital's Department of Allergy Internal Medicine / Chungbuk National University's Department of Computer Science and Technology, and find out if it is possible to build a drug allergy prevention system through the'Drug Allergy Alert' application. We are conducting clinical research for viewing.
The'Drug Allergy Alert' application includes 1) mobile drug safety card, 2) drug allergy action plan, 3) search if a specific drug is safe, and 4) check whether allergy-causing drugs are contained through a QR code. .
The current'drug allergy reminder' application is in a patent application [application number 10-2017-0154488].
* The 2D barcode/QR code scanning function implemented in the'Drug Allergy Alert' app is a function implemented by cooperating with the technology after understanding the public interest nature of this task at Ubicare Co., Ltd./EDB Co., Ltd.

The'Drug Allergy Alert' app collects the following information from patients who have subscribed to the application to build a drug allergy prevention system.
-Name, hospital name, hospital patient number, email address
* E-mail addresses are being collected for authentication and temporary password transmission in case of an ID in the future.
-Drug allergy-related information (symptoms, contraindications, caution drugs, alternative drugs)
The'Drug Allergy Alert' app will not provide and entrust the personal information provided at the time of registration to the outside (third party), and when requesting membership withdrawal, all personal information stored in the database will be deleted and destroyed.
