It is a local currency issued by Busan City to protect the local commercial district and revitalize the local economy through the promotion of local consumption. Anyone can apply for issuance, and cashback is provided when paying at registered merchants in the Busan area.
* Dongbaekjeon can be used at all registered cards or QR merchants in Busan.
* However, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of small business owners, department stores, large marts, some excluded industries, and affiliated stores with sales exceeding a certain standard may be restricted from using the service.
▶Cashback provided for card and QR payments
- Cashback will be provided when paying with Dongbaekjeon card or QR. (※ Changed according to Busan city policy)
- Cashback can be used like cash when paying.
▶Easy card issuance and use
- You can easily apply for a Dongbaekjeon card at all Busan Bank branches and mobile apps.
-You can easily top up the amount in the mobile app, and you can check the Dongbaekjeon balance and usage history.
▶ At year-end tax settlement, 30% income deduction equivalent to cash
- In the case of check cards, you can receive a 30% income deduction without separate application.
- 40% income deduction applies when used in traditional markets.
▶ Provides a new experience with more convenient usability
- Provides a 'large view' option to enlarge the home screen and access key menus
- Improved usability by simplifying Dongbaekjeon usage process such as charging and payment
