After running the app, click the SETTINGS left ROMS button at the top to manage the ROM files needed to run the game.
Long-touching FTP folders and files will show the menu at the bottom.

Does not detect controller, or find 1/2 of my games....

It's just not a good MAME port yet, 4 stars if you add an ARM dynarec/recompiler to it and 5 stars if you add a fix for Namco (Super) System 22.
