- Parking management: It is possible to check the entrance/exit of a visiting vehicle, registration of a visiting vehicle, inquiry of entry/exit, and a vehicle entrance notification service. (However, when using the Nice Park parking system)
- Civil complaint management: You can proceed with civil complaints and inquiries within the complex through the Nice application.

- The Nice Eye application can only be used in the Nice Eye authentication complex.
- The Nice Eye application is only available for smartphones with “Android/IOS ver information or higher / Bluetooth 4.0 or higher”.

1) Location access right - To ensure the smooth use of Nice Eye service, you need to know the user's location information.
2) Camera - You must allow access to the camera in order to use the function to take and upload photos with the camera for inquiries when there is a problem in using the app.
3) Storage - When registering an inquiry when using the app, access to storage is required to load image files. No other information is stored.
