What is a health terminology standard?
The healthcare terminology standard is a terminology system conceptualized (representative words/synonyms) to support the same meaning for terms that are expressed in various ways to ensure interoperability between systems. 【 Articles 3 and 57 of the Framework Act on Health and Medical Care 】

A set of terms in the health care field such as diagnosis, behavior, examination, nursing, dentistry, health, etc. necessary for the preparation of medical records
Concept-based integrated terminology composition
Structured to support the same meaning even if the same concept is expressed in different terms (representative words/synonyms)
Assigning codes such as UMLS concept (CUI) code and International Standard Inspection Terminology (LOINC) for interoperability with international standards
