The Smart HVAC app of Shinsung CS collects and visualizes the current value and operating status of the air conditioning equipment (constant temperature and humidifier) installed in the field through LTE or Internet network. It is an app that delivers a push alarm to the manager when an abnormal signal occurs in the equipment, recognizes and takes action on the alarm, and enables remote control of the equipment.
(1) Dashboard function
- You can check the alarm status and equipment status for each site area by country, team, and customer company.
- Alarm list display: 'Alarm Occurred' - Alarm that has occurred and has not been processed, 'Action is in progress' You can view them by status.
- The individual alarm list displays the site where the alarm occurred, the time when the alarm occurred, the type of alarm, and the name of the alarm.
- Equipment list display: You can see the temperature and humidity values and trend graphs that are important for the operation of the thermo-hygrostat by area and equipment at each site.
- You can inquire basic information for each equipment, parts information, and the current value and operation status of the control point provided by the equipment.
- Some control points provided by the equipment can be controlled remotely.
(2) Push alarm, alarm recognition and action function
- When an alarm that occurred in the field is collected, a push alarm message is delivered in real time to the field person in charge.
- The person in charge can open the app to check the contents of the alarm and recognize the alarm using the alarm recognition function. When the alarm is acknowledged, the alarm is changed to the action status.
- When the alarm is resolved, you can take an alarm action. At this time, you can select an action that has been previously registered or use the direct input function to record the action in detail.
- You can check the process and status of each alarm from 'alarm occurrence' to 'action completion'.
(3) History inquiry function
- You can inquire the history of alarm occurrence by period and by equipment.
- You can inquire the control point history by period and equipment, and provide a graph of the change trend.
- The history of performing remote control can be checked with the control history inquiry function.
(4) Bulletin board function
- Information is shared between the person in charge through announcements and data room menus.
- It is possible to manage on-call workers through the call waiting function.
