How to recharge points
All bathing facilities can only be used with points. Please purchase points through the GetPool app or a kiosk installed in the store.
How to use facilities that can be used immediately
Touch the RF card issued by the kiosk to the card reader installed in each facility, or select a branch to use in the GetPool app and press the facility use button at the bottom. This is possible.
How to make reservations for facilities that can be reserved
Reservable facilities can only be reserved through the GetPool app. After selecting the branch you want to use in the app, tap Facility Reservation at the bottom and select the reservation time/use time to activate the available facilities.
How to control internal functions of facilities
When the use of the facility starts, you can change the internal function through the terminal attached to the facility and use it. You can use the remote control function by pressing the icon on the top right of the GetPool app.
