■ What is KOCW?
KOCW (Korea Open Course Ware) is a service that provides lecture videos and lecture materials voluntarily disclosed by domestic and foreign universities and institutions free of charge. College students and professors, as well as anyone in need of learning, can use "23,000 lectures from 230 universities/institutions at home and abroad, including major lectures, liberal arts seminars, and software training" anytime, anywhere.
If you log in, you can receive a course confirmation or use the lecture clip function.
■ How to use
After accessing the KOCW homepage or app, you can find the lecture you want through ① “Keyword Search” for lecture name, professor (author), provider, and lecture information for video lectures at domestic and overseas universities ② “Classification” for subject and provider. .
In addition, if you “select a file” from the list of lectures provided with ③ thumbnails, you can receive streaming of the video immediately.
■ Provision of major lectures: Provision of lecture services classified by undergraduate major
■ Provision of theme lectures: Provision of lecture curation according to learning purpose
KOCW was created as part of Korea's OER (Open Educational Resources) movement as the largest service for higher education e-learning lectures in Korea. We are striving to spread knowledge sharing culture by expanding opportunities for higher education and lifelong education.
