In response, the Hearing Welfare Center opened a site that can be easily accessed to relieve the frustration of the hearing impaired and inserted subtitles in the video.
In order to receive existing learning videos, an agreement was made with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and Gyeonggi Lifelong Education Promotion Agency, and a stenographer was employed to insert subtitles into various learning videos. And I opened Hi-Run, a website where you can see the videos in one place.
