All transactions in Parabara are assigned by a transaction manager to conduct the transaction on your behalf. You can ask for one-on-one assistance with your manager at any time during the transaction.
If you are a buyer. just pay. Transaction Manager will take care of the rest until you receive your item safely.
If you are a seller. Please prepare only products. Transaction Manager will handle everything from parcel delivery to payment settlement.

What is an aftercare service?
At Parabara, the end of a transaction does not mean the end of a service.
If you receive a purchased product and there is a problem, or if you are a seller and have a problem, you can receive one-on-one problem resolution from your transaction manager through our aftercare service.
Q: How is it different from other used markets and used trading sites?
A: The transaction manager monitors all transactions in Parabara and responds in real time if a problem arises. If you use managed courier transaction, when the registered item is sold, if you leave the item in front of the door, the courier will be sent instead. In addition, through paraboxes installed in the surrounding area, it is possible to trade second-hand goods as quickly as lightning without meeting non-face-to-face.
Q: I paid for the product, but if the seller does not send the package, can I cancel the payment?
A: Carrots. Payment can be canceled at any time prior to the seller's scheduled delivery pickup. Trade with confidence!
Q: I have a problem while trading used goods. How do I do it?
A: In the Managed Trades Talk, report the problem to your Trade Manager. We will respond as fast as lightning!
Q: If there is a problem during the transaction, can the seller get it resolved?
A: Carrots! The Parabara operation team tries to judge problems that arise during used transactions as fairly as possible from both the seller and the buyer's point of view.
Q: Is it possible to trade used cars?
A: Currently, Parabara only accepts delivery transactions or second-hand transactions using Parabox. Please wait for the used car transaction later!
Q: Is it possible to directly trade used goods like other second-hand markets?
A: Parabara aims for an easy and safe non-face-to-face used trading platform. Please use managed courier transactions and managed parabox transactions!

In Parabara, to make it easier to know where each Parabox is located, I mark my location on the map. I do not separately store or manage my location information.
[Optional] Storage permission - Mobile phone storage access permission
In order to register an item for sale in the Parabara app, you need to register at least one photo, and at this time, you need permission to save and access your phone storage. Even if you do not allow access to the function and information, you can use the Parabara app.
