Tombees are organic classics and a separate healthy food line for those with a focus on weight management. High quality natural products are used for cooking! All dishes are prepared exclusively from the knife, no semi-finished products and blanks! We honestly admit that because of this, delivery can be 10-15 minutes longer than others, but for us the priority has always been, is and will be - high quality products! With a focus on healthy eating, we also offer a range of fresh salads, soups, sauces and spices. No mayonnaise! Only fresh products with elegant dressings based on extra virgin olive oil or premium vegetable oil. The dough for buns and baguettes is also made from organic flour in the pastry shop of our kitchen.
A separate area is Tombiki, for which we ourselves bake buns and bake fresh veal tenderloin ourselves. No freezing, only chilled meat, which we ourselves pre-cut and store in a vacuum package for no more than a day.
We also pay great attention to the packaging in which food is transported. This is a high quality environmentally friendly packaging that "breathes". It allows you to maintain high quality products even during transportation over long distances. We have special thermal containers for hot dishes, and refrigerated boxes for cold ones. We strive to be the best in the city in terms of the quality of the raw materials used - for us it is not just a business, but a way of life, philosophy and a matter of honor!
