The purpose of developing the ES Patient Personal Account mobile application is to help patients take care of their health and interact with the doctor and clinic at all stages of treatment: searching for a doctor and medical services, making an appointment, receiving and sending research results and prescriptions.
This goal is achieved by creating and maintaining an information environment accessible to patients.
On the main page of the application, the field is displayed: “Doctor appointment” and “Ask a doctor a question”.
On the top left is the Menu button. When you click on this button, the following list appears:
1. Results of laboratory and instrumental studies
2. Referral to the doctor of the results of laboratory and instrumental studies
3. My doctor's notes
4. My questions to the doctor
5. Obtaining an extract following the results of the consultation
6. Written prescriptions
7. List of services provided within the framework of the guaranteed volume of medical care
8. Information about ARV drugs, including side effects and interactions with other drugs
9. Notice
