The mobile application allows you to work with the Virtual PBX right on your smartphone - even outside the office you get access to the main functions of the PBX.

What can be done in the mobile application:
- view the company's call history and listen to a recording of any conversation (playback speed can be increased to listen to more conversations in less time),
- control how many calls were made, received or missed by your employees today,
- see company call statistics for any period and for any employee,
- add new employees to VATS and edit the profiles of old ones,
- set up call distribution rules within departments,
- change the working hours of the rooms,
- set call forwarding to mobile, and much more.

And the mobile application will inform you about every missed call so that you can call the client back as soon as possible.

To enter the mobile application, you will need the username and password of the Kazakhtelecom Virtual PBX user.
