The ROTC (Reserve Officers Training Corps) system is a system in which outstanding university students with unlimited potential and potential are selected and commissioned as officers upon graduation after undergoing two years of military training. Established in 1961 for the purpose of nurturing talented individuals in the military and society, the school district officer system became a special opportunity to open up a new future for outstanding college students.
