The use of technology, such as mobile phone apps, has been relatively unexplored in the context of young people in the UK youth justice system. Instead, within the youth justice system, the use of technology has largely focused either on surveillance or supporting organizational structures and processes. This project is exploring how technology can help improve interactions and engagement between young people and their caseworkers.
