Aitrago LMS helps automate the entire luggage storage operation and Lost & Found process for hotels of any sizes. It eliminates all manual and paper records, optimizes staff efficiency and improves guest experience. To further reduce staff workload, hotel has an option to deploy the guest DIY process. Without installing the App, guests may initiate the storage request with a simple scan of the luggage tag QR code on their mobile phones and storage information will be uploaded to Aitrago LMS. There is also an option to deploy a chargeable storage service where guests would be prompted to pay online upon storage request.
