Within the application you can see in the form of list the units that are under repair within our workshop and you can select each of them to see the progress and information that our employees send you to verify the progress of the repair your unit.
In each of the listed units you can see the arrival date and delivery promise date, entry inventory check list of elements worn by use not attributed to the loss, information of the payment process (Deductible and demerit) as well as the check list of delivery of units.
When the workshop receives your unit, have a promise delivery date, add the quote, the unit is ready for delivery or has been delivered you will receive on your Smartphone a notification of the status you are in at the time your workshop request .
