Fast Nutri Calculator is an APP that performs some nutritional calculations and others. The user can perform BMR calculations for men and women following the formula of Harris Benedict and know how many calories to eat each day to maintain, gain and lose weight.
APP also has the BMI calculation module. After entering the data, the app performs calculations and displays on screen the value of BMI and the user's situation (Below, healthy or overweight). The app also has a complete BMI table for consultation.
The PACE calculation module provides the result of minutes for miles one ran, for example: In a 5km race one knows the total time ran 5km those, however 1km was covered in how many minutes? This result is the PACE. This module also provides the average speed that you ran during the race.
