The main objective of TriatoDex is to facilitate the morphological identification of triatomines (Hemiptera: Reduviidae). This App is different from traditional dichotomic keys and presents up to eight potential answers to a question. There are images that aid in the observation of structures for all steps. In each question the app presents the number of possible species and the list of species. At any time, it is possible to access the questions answered and correct some step, if necessary. In the list of possible species, information on the descriptors, geographical distribution, size, habitats and their medical importance can be accessed.
