I tried several times to get a taxi, and every time I install the application hoping to get a vehicle, however, I never received a confirmation of my reservation even when I waited from 20 minutes to half an hour. But the look of app is 5*

Barely useful. You cannot pay via app, the price you see is not what you pay and what is even worse, scheduling a ride for even the next day doesn't mean you'll get it. Unreliable
