very buggy and hard to navigate. some features really dont make sense or why there are not certain options when first creating a job. you have to go back and edit. there is also a lot of bugs and issues where it will create the same job 3 times due to the lack of navigation ease. I am trying to convince my boss to stop using this.

Billing out customer process for completed work required MORE work and NOT user-friendly. I hop they can improve this.
