My name is Daniela and I am a nutritionist and dietitian biologist registered in the Order of Biologists n. ToU_A2069. In my university career in Biological Sciences with a physio-pathological focus, it was already clear that I would have to make the knowledge of the course available to develop a better understanding of the biochemical-functional mechanisms underlying nutrition. Then I arrived at the University of Dietetics in the Faculty of Medicine of Pisa, I put together all the physio-pathological concepts learned in the previous course of study and I used them as a fundamental basis for understanding how to make the best use of nutrients to conduct an effective prevention thanks to the therapeutic potential of the nutrients contained in foods, which in some cases make them wonderful superfoods or integrations or supplements when necessary.
My approach with people is empathetic, I try to dissect problems in depth, trying to look beyond the apparent physical problems or discomforts.
My holistic vision of the problem to be faced, obtained thanks to a functional approach and post-graduate systemic studies, allows me to be able to help people all round starting from the reduction of low-grade inflammation and then going to work on the specific problem and on everything that can indirectly generate it.
