Provides easy to navigate access to medical doctrine publications (and a select few others) to include Field Manuals, Army Techniques Publications, and Training Circulars. It also contains the Army Health System Smartbook, a consolidation of the most pertinent topics included in all Army Medicine doctrine publications. Finally, users can send a question or recommendation from this APP directly to the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence Doctrine Division.
