The "Macau Public Service One Account" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "One Account") is produced by the Administrative and Public Service Bureau of the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region. It is built around four major sections, including "My Service", "My Information", "My Application" and "I Want to Communicate". "One-House Access" as a whole emphasizes personalization to meet user needs and optimize user experience. It integrates a number of important information from the SAR government, and provides electronic services that are frequently used and felt by citizens, making "One-House Access" simple and easy to use.
