Stephen Donnelly is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician who has been a Teachta Dála for the Wicklow constituency since the 2011 general election. At first an Independent, he became co-founder and joint leader of the Social Democrats, and stood successfully for that party at the 2016 general election.
