Great service if everything goes well. Used this service for over a year and had to reach out to customer care multiple times due to vendors not showing up. Reliability and vendors constantly rescheduling are the primary concerns. Never had a problem with the job when the vendor showed up.

Always problems!! Signed up biweekly, always reassigning vendors, no shows, not reliable and always have to contact customer support that used to get a live person to waiting days for an answer.

I mean it's convenient, but every time service is provided there is always an overcharge so be sure to check your bill everytime. I had to cancel due to continuous overcharges

This is the worst contractor I've ever had, so Gabriel told me how the app work but only gave enough information for me to go out and start work, it took a whole week before I even seen a dime then they pay you$25 at a time, then if you cancel a job they take back $25 off of each job that you have already done this company is ran by crooks I .

I wouldn't be able to tell you how the app works, except for the fact that there is no option to contact the "vendors" directly through it nor an actual customer service line. Which makes it possible to avoid taking any responsibility. My account lasted from the 11th of September to yesterday (which is when I requested it be canceled), and yet my lawn mowing was rescheduled atleast 5 times. How does that make any sense. And yet they still had the nerve to try and charge me... For what?!
