About ESS Mobile
You have access to the information you need to track your hours worked and review schedules or benefit balances. You receive notifications for when you need to take action. For example, adding a missing punch on your time card. You can also record attendance-related activities like an absence or if you will be late for your work shift.
If you are an hourly employee, ESS Mobile lets you punch in and out, request time off, and send a note to your supervisor.
If you are an employee that simply reports total hours worked, the time sheet is available to you in addition to these functions.

The worst app I've ever used. I hate that our employer uses this. The functions barely work and are SUPER slow. Crashes often and takes you back to the home view when trying to navigate the app. It's like the app developers have completely abandoned the ship on this. If you're an employer reading this review, for the love of god please use Paycom or ADP!!!! STAY AWAY!

it is very clearly only made for computers, and barely works on mobile. the ui is bad, and you cant actually go back by using your phones back button, you have to physically tap the in apps back button. nothing about it is made for phones.
