What could the world of the future look like in the next 50, 100 or even 200 years? In which world do you want to live in the future? How would you like to live with other people?
The interactive audio tour takes everyone from the age of 7 on an exciting journey into the future. An app guides the participants on their way through the Westfalenpark. Equipped with travel gear and a travel diary, all travelers are invited to explore and discover. They cross time barriers, travel effortlessly back and forth through time, discovering possible and impossible futures along the way. How will we humans live in the future? How will we feed ourselves, how will we move? Will there be too much or too little water? How will the climate change?
Back in the present, the experienced scenarios offer an opportunity to look into the future and current actions with a completely new perspective. Because we have to invent the future we want!

Requirements:
Every traveler needs a mobile phone and suitable headphones. Please download the travel app to your mobile phone in advance. The app can only be used in the mondo mio! Children's Museum can be activated.
School classes and groups can use mobile phones with headphones in the mondo mio! Borrow Children's Museum. The app is already installed and activated on this mobile phone.
In the mondo mio! there is research equipment to borrow at the cash desk. Since parts of this equipment (e.g. the travel diary) become the property of the traveler after the trip, we charge a material fee of 3.00 per equipment.
