🙞 approved by Order of JSC "Russian Railways" from 06/13/2017 number 1105 / p 🙝
🞵 rules are mandatory for traction substations personnel, electricity areas, repair and audit areas, conducting and organizing work for the operation, maintenance, repair, testing equipment existing electrical Railways (hereinafter - electrical), namely:
🞵statsionarnyh and mobile traction substations;
🞵postov sectioning of contact network;
🞵punktov parallel connection contact suspensions;
🞵avtotransformatornyh food items, including bathroom with posts sectioning of contact network;
🞵statsionarnyh and mobile units for reactive power compensation;
🞵punkt voltage conversion;
🞵punktov preparation for flight passenger trains with electric heating;
🞵transformatornyh substations;
overhead and cable power transmission lines up to and above 1000 V.
🞵Vvedeny with effect from 1 December 2017.
