MySCIE is a business application for internal use, which allows you to authorize payments such as invoices, checks or speis (electronic transfers) of a company.
The movements to be authorized are generated from an internal system and through a process a user is sent for authorization in the application.
The application has 3 types of authorizations:
1.- Folios Review: Allows you to review and authorize folios that contain invoices or documents to pay. A sheet can contain 1 to n invoices or documents.
2.- Folios Authorization: Allows final approval to folios already reviewed and approved.
3.- Check authorization / SPEI: Allows you to authorize checks or SPEIS sent to the authorization process.
Once approved in the application, payments are processed in an internal system.
So the use of this application is intended for internal authorizations, users are collaborators of the same company.
