QuickPick GB is a business application developed to measure and exclusively for Grupo Bimbo users who can download it through the internal repository of business applications, this app works only on the internal network (it does not work on the Internet), it integrates functionalities of a WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and a LABOR MANAGEMENT for the control of the internal logistics processes of an office: (Receipt, Storage, Supply, Preparation of orders by waves, Dispatch)
The main functionalities are:
RECEIPT
1. Receipt of products through barcodes.
2. Product expiration detection.
3. Blind receipt by barcode scanning or by dictating the product code.
4. Generation of pallet division tasks for automatic product classification.
5. Segregation of surplus product.
STORAGE
1. Product storage tasks on shelves.
2. Control of the existence of products on shelves.
3. Control of products and their expiration.
4. Record of product damage events.
CATERING
5. Tasks of sourcing to assortment locations by maximum and minimum.
ASSORTMENT
1. assignment of tasks to operators by zones.
