SIACentro is a technological application for institutional use, which records images and data in real time, on the current situation, management, attention, response and monitoring of public works and services, which are the responsibility of the Municipal Government of Centro.
Mainly drinking water, drainage, sewerage, roads, roads, public lighting, open-air dumps and inadequate disposal of urban solid waste.
It is intended for the use of public servants in operational and regulatory areas of the municipal public administration, including decision makers.
For its use, the application is downloaded from the Play Store, the user is registered, specifying that the information will be for private use, protected by safe and reliable encryption guidelines.
The application provides the options to select the service or complaint to report.
When taking a photograph, and immediately accessing the system, the image is transferred to the technological platform.
In case of an anomaly, failure or suspension of a service, the address must be detailed, and the system will specify the location, via georeferencing.
The information is transferred to the area of competence, for review and analysis by the respective personnel, for management, programming purposes and -if appropriate- favorable response, at the appropriate times.
