PARTICIPATION MECHANICS:
When purchasing products from the list of presentations that participate in the promotion, the user must scan the ticket with the application so that it detects the products purchased and validate that it is a purchase within the dates of the promotion and in one of the authorized SORIANA stores.
The photo must be taken directly to the original purchase ticket with good light and readable text. Photos taken to any other image will be discarded as will the corresponding McPesitos if they were assigned.
As the user registers their purchases, McPesitos are credited that can be used to buy electronic prizes.
The application performs an automatic analysis of the ticket to discern if it complies with the rules of the promotion and detect participating products to account for their equivalence in McPesitos. If this analysis is correct, the McPesitos are instantly credited, otherwise, the ticket is sent to our service center where it is analyzed by our staff, who will credit their McPesitos to their platform in a maximum period of 12 business hours or request the information that you need to be able to credibly prove the purchase of participating products in accordance with the rules of the promotion.

The exchange is made through the TECNOPAY platform. There is no exchange of prizes for cash.
TERMS:
For the payment of services such as CFE, the platform charges a commission for the operation above the net cost of the receipt, which will also be downloaded from its balance in McPesitos.

If equipment is changed but the telephone number is retained, the user must download the application again and register it again. In this process, the balance that was prior to the change is automatically reallocated.
The balance in McPesitos remaining at the expiration of the promotion is without effect and may not be exchanged or returned, in this or in future issues of the promotion.
By using the application You expressly authorize the brand to contact you by the means provided, exclusively for any matter related to the accreditation or exchange of the prizes during the promotion period and up to one year from the closing of the same.
