The PNT App is a tool for the practice of the right to information by allowing people to make requests for access to information and protection of personal data to more than 8 thousand public institutions in Mexico.
Its objective is to facilitate the exercise of people's freedoms by making available in one place the generation of requests for information, presentation of review resources and monitoring of processes.
The App was developed by the INAI. Among its features are:
- Allows the linking of INFOMEX user accounts to a PNT user account.
- Allows access with the same users who were registered in the PNT.
- Generates requests for information, which can be sent simultaneously to up to 33 public institutions.
- Registration and monitoring of requests to the different public institutions in Mexico
- Filing and monitoring of complaints filed by people.
- History of requests and complaints issued by the citizen.
- National search engine for requests and complaints, which allows you to quickly consult the information of the 32 states of the country and the federation.
- Shares the SISAI 2.0 notification delivery mechanism.
