The purpose of this development is the launch of a citizen alert system for workers, mothers, daughters and students of our State (who represent 39% of the population in Querétaro according to Inegi 2020) where (through an app free mobile) classify and rank a possible insecurity event on your way home, school, work or leisure.
The main functions that it will have for the users are:
I. Safe Return Home.
By activating this function, a notification is sent to trusted contacts to send the user's location in real time and virtually accompany them on their return home.
II. Panic button.
This function is activated in 2 ways: via bluetooth thanks to a
bracelet and with a discreet button or by shaking the cell phone with which an immediate notification is sent to the user's trusted contacts.
III. Medical urgency.
It is a notification that is sent to trusted contacts with the following clinical information: age, weight, blood type, if the user has a chronic degenerative disease, allergies, any current clinical treatment and requires immediate medical attention.
IV. Domestic violence
A notification is sent to the previously selected contacts if the household faces a possible situation of insecurity, harassment or violence against her or her dependents.
V. Report to 911.
This notification is activated if 3 or more users validate an event of insecurity or violence against a user, sending the geolocation of the reported event in real time.
