SICOINS

SICOINS allows the Owners of the University Spaces to follow up on the communications that require their authorization or approval in an agile and pleasant manner.

In addition, it presents total and up-to-date statistics of the correspondence of its University Space for effective decision-making, through an executive and clear style.

Their functions are:

COMMUNICATIONS
- By signing: this option shows the list of releases awaiting the authorization or approval of the university space holder, allows to see the detail of each statement, sign it and download the official letter or its attachments.

STATISTICS:
- Totals: presents in an executive way the general totals of communications sent, received, waiting for acknowledgment, assigned shifts and delegates of the university space to which the user belongs in session.
- Up to date: presents in an executive way the totals of the current day of communications sent, received, waiting for acknowledgment, assigned shifts and delegates of the university space to which the user belongs in session.

- Go to the system: go to the web version of the Institutional Correspondence System.
- About: presents a brief description of each of the options of this application and its operation in general.
- Close session: closes the user's session.

To access this application the user must meet the following requirements:
- Be a university employee with active status.
- Hold the post of Director, Secretary or be the Holder of a space belonging to the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico.
- Process an institutional email account with the RTIC of the corresponding university space.
