SPPA

SPPA stand for 'Sistem Penilaian Risiko dan Pelaporan Hazard Akademi' is a tools for risk assessment and hazard reporting exclusively for Fire and Rescue Department and also can be applied for every situation need.

Assess, and report information about risk and hazard before any task taken.

SPPA is designed to deliver fundamental concepts of fastest and easiest risk assessment include hazard reporting in the workplace environment including the need of applicable safety and health regulation. Its also a fastest way to deliver any risk and hazard information to 'Person In Charge' at anytime before proceed any task, job or training. Provides a friendly platform for the users to create notification and report the hazards they encounter via the easy in-app reporting tool.

This app is designed to reduce barriers for reporting, users engagement and increase robustness of the notification and reporting via email, includes image and other info. The report will be redirect to e-mail format for submission which allows actions to be taken based on the formal report.
