The person who starts the game directs the title question "Truth or Dare?" To a person of his choice (he can use a bottle for this purpose). The designated person chooses between forcibly responding to a (often embarrassing, personal or related to matters usually hidden, e.g. feelings) question or performing a task (the most common are: kissing someone on a part of the body, shouting out a secret or something contrary to our views, and telling someone not participating in the game something that could create a funny situation).
