"Relaxed stay Non smoking" is an app that will assist you in staying Non smoking if you stopped just or recently been smoking. It will help you in the early stages with many tips to persevere when times difficult to find a Jieper comes or you're annoyed times correctly.
The app is (just like the effective "Non smoking are Program") created on the basis of long experience in my coaching practice where I accompanied many smoke Entwöhnungen. The combined approach of information, mental training, practical tips and short hypnosis has proven to be highly effective.
