Everything stems from an idea ...
It was the summer of 2010 when, when tasting a piadina, I came up with a brilliant idea "to open my own piadineria".
From here begins a new experience.
Thus was born the Quartosenso, name that identifies the "taste", which very soon from sacrifices and ambitions, went from 20 to 110 seats, and year after year it lives improving itself in the furnishings, trying to give a more comfortable environment and welcoming, in a completely familiar context.
Since 2011, the year of the opening, with the help of my family, staff and collaborators, Quartosenso has always distinguished itself for having sought the material directly from the producers in the sector, with a constant search for food selected directly from the areas of origin, even at zero cylinder, where freshness is the undisputed queen.
We have always tried, for an excellent result, that the preparation of the dishes are always carried out at the moment to guarantee our product a high quality level.
Another thing that distinguishes us, we have always thought, that the main ingredient is always only one: LOVE.
Love for the table for the taste, and for everything that allows you to make wraps that are able to transport our customers, only virtually unfortunately, to Romagna.
To give people who choose us a healthy and balanced diet every day, we have added other tasty courses to our menu, all accompanied by our hosts, craft beers, and to whet the palate in an explosion of flavor, our chocolate roll, and other various desserts.
