This App helps you converting Brix percentage into TDS percentage. It is mainly focused on the coffee brewed arena. The App uses a polynomial regression model for correcting a given Brix reading. This model considers Brix readings from 0% to 25%, thus covering practically any type of brewed coffee (from pour-over to ristrettos). To do so you need an affordable analog Brix refractometer and a hygrometer for temperature readings.
