The cards are specifically designed for the 'commander'. There are cards for incident type in fire, accidents and hazardous materials.
The contents of the cards is derived from regional and national procedures and the curriculum and updated and supplemented by new developments and insights.
The user can and can not rely solely on the content of the cards. Own observations and experiences as well remain important. In order to make effective use of the cards is thus required a combination of proficiency, know-how and support.
