Integrated Rural Development Foundation Central Pacific (FIDERPAC), organizes, manages and controls credit model. Operationally, the 80 committees of Community Credit FIDERPAC operate as branch offices and the headquarters of the Foundation as headquarters, centralizing management and control of operations, through counseling, monitoring, training and annual audits of all Committees credit Model.
Community Credit Committees are responsible for the receipt and approval of credit applications, approving and formalizing operations and the recovery of loans in their communities.
