The first part of the book introduces the reader to the Microsoft Visual C ++ 2013: a brief description of the development environment, demonstrates the process of creating a program, the purpose of the basic components.

It examines the problem of graphics programming, databases (Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Compact Edition), the use of technology LINQ to work with arrays and XML documents, the attention paid to the problem of deployment (installation) applications on the user's computer.
