With the myFlorius app you can track your mortgage application and view your existing loan(s) anytime and anywhere. To use this app you need an account for myFlorius. Do you not have an account yet and do you have an existing loan with Florius? First simply create an account via florius.nl/hypotheek/account-aanmaken. Have you applied for a new mortgage with Florius? Then ask your mortgage advisor to create an account. Do you already have an account? Then you can activate the app immediately.

With the myFlorius app you can:
- download your balance statement
- view your interest offer and quote
- view the current status of your mortgage application
- view your construction account
- submit your construction invoices
- view your credits and debits from your construction account
- view your existing loans
- view your monthly amount
- gain insight into the residual debt
- view your message box
- repay your existing loan(s) via iDEAL

NB! Do you want to use other functionalities of myFlorius? Then log in via the website.

Naturally, we do not stand still with the development of the mijnFlorius app. This means that we continue to come up with new functionalities. Therefore, keep an eye on the release notes for the latest developments of the app.
